Only 42% of U.S. adults currently have estate planning documents, such as a will or living trust. With Law-Assure, employees can manage everyday legal matters with ease and save money on attorney fees.

By meeting with a benefits counselor, each employee that elects this program during their enrollment will be given one year of complimentary legal document preparation services through Law-Assure. It carries no direct cost to the employee or employer. Individuals can create certain legal documents through a series a questions that customizes the document based on their circumstances and each states specific requirements. In addition, each document may be shared and distributed electronically to receive valuable feedback from other parties.

For qualifying accounts, Colonial Life will donate $5 to Children’s Miracle Network for each employee that meets with a benefits counselor and go through the enrollment process of logging into Harmony. No purchase is required.

Funds raised by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals are used to save and improve the lives of local kids. Their network consists of 170 member hospitals that receive unrestricted funds from their fundraising partners and programs. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ members provide $3.4 billion in charity care annually with 62 children entering a member hospital for treatment every minute.

Student Loan Debt Repayment

Did you know that student loan debt is a top financial stress for the emerging workforce? About 70% of students graduate with student loan debt. For approved accounts, Colonial Life will provide one year of home office funding for one of the two options we offer through our FutureFuel.io partners. All the employer needs to do is select the option that is best suitable for their employees:

Employee Financial Wellness Program

Stress is one of the main contributors to health-related issues that face employers today. 44% of full-time workers worry about personal finances, contributing to their overall stress levels. In addition, 29% of workers have stated that they deal with personal finances during working hours.

By meeting with a benefits counselor, each employee will be given access to KOFE’s website. It carries no direct cost to the employee or employer. Program services include:

  • Dedicated Toll Free line- with free and unlimited financial coaching from senior certified credit counselors.
  • Online Tools- Access to education content. This includes budgeting tools, financial calculators and books to assist in gaining control of their finances.
  • Webinars- Access to over 100 prerecorded videos and occasional live recorded sessions throughout the year.
