This commissions-based position is hybrid. You will be expected to be in the office Mondays and set your own schedule for the reminder of the week. This autonomy will truly allow you to determine the size of your paycheck.
You will start on the voluntary benefits side, and grow your knowledge and services to other accident, health and life providers. All of the companies we represent provide exceptional introductory and advanced training opportunities.
The positions listed below are 1099 opportunities. Why should you consider a 1099 position? Within 10 years, 1099 employees are estimated to hold half of the American workforce. In these positions you are able to be an independent agent, develop your team and have uncapped commissions and a flexible schedule.

Position: Sales Representative
This opportunity provides access to:

Responsibilities
- Training, mentoring and motivating a team of independent sales agents
- Field training/joint field work with your district partners
- Conducting sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran sales agents
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing and selecting quality individuals to contract with the company under your leadership
